데이터 백업은 어떻게 하나요?: 설정 > 데이터 내보내기에서 모든 타투 기록과 사진을 ZIP 파일로 내보낼 수 있습니다. TattooLog은 서버가 없으므로 앱을 삭제하면 데이터가 영구 삭제됩니다. 기기 변경 전 반드시 백업하세요.
앱을 삭제했는데 기록을 복구할 수 있나요?: 죄송합니다. 데이터는 기기에만 저장되므로 앱 삭제 후에는 복구할 수 없습니다. 정기적인 백업을 권장합니다.
사진과 개인정보가 외부로 전송되나요?: 아니요. 사진과 타투 기록은 기기에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 참고해 주세요.
광고를 제거할 수 있나요?: 현재 TattooLog은 일부 화면에만 배너 광고를 표시합니다. 타투 상세, 바디맵, 힐링 상세 등 사진 중심 화면에는 광고가 없습니다. 향후 광고 제거 옵션을 검토 중입니다.
계정이 없는데 어떻게 기기를 변경하나요?: 설정 > 데이터 내보내기로 ZIP 파일을 저장한 뒤 새 기기에서 가져오기를 사용하세요. (가져오기 기능은 v1.1에서 제공될 예정입니다.)
버그를 발견했어요.: 위 이메일로 버그 내용과 재현 방법을 보내 주세요. 가능하면 스크린샷도 함께 첨부 부탁드립니다.

Please include the following when you contact us so we can help faster:

How do I back up my data?: Go to Settings > Export Data to save all tattoo records and photos as a ZIP file. TattooLog has no server, so uninstalling the app permanently deletes your data. Always back up before changing devices.
I uninstalled the app. Can I recover my records?: Unfortunately, no. Data is stored only on your device and cannot be recovered after uninstall. Regular backups are strongly recommended.
Are my photos and personal data sent anywhere?: No. Photos and tattoo records stay on your device and are never transmitted to a server. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I remove ads?: TattooLog currently shows banner ads on select screens only. Photo-heavy screens (tattoo detail, body map, healing detail) have no ads. An ad-removal option is under consideration for a future update.
There's no account. How do I move to a new device?: Use Settings > Export Data to save a ZIP file, then import it on the new device. (Import will be available in v1.1.)
I found a bug.: Please email the address above with a description and steps to reproduce. Screenshots are very helpful.
